"Joining Trinity Arts Guild has been one of the best things I have done. Being a member of the Guild gave me the confidence to step out of my "box" and begin showing my work.

Also it is wonderful to be part of a community of talented artists and like minded people. Their support and encouragement has inspired me to stretch and grow as an artist."

Benefits of Membership

TAG brings in professional artists from across the metroplex to demonstrate the various aspects of creating their art. Because TAG does not limit medium the programs chairs try to bring in a variety of artists who work in different mediums and styles to interest.

Currently we have 2 free paint-in groups. Tuesday morning group is lead by Cindy Flint award winning watercolorist and collage specialist. Tuesday Morning Paint in is a very active group that includes paint time, critique time and finishes with lunch at a near by restaurant for those who are interested. The Wednesday morning groups meets on Wednesday mornings and is a smaller group. They frequently also lunch after a paint session.
Any member would like to lead a paint-in group or teach should approach the board of directors for available times.

Trinity Arts Guild has a gallery where its members may exhibit throughout the year. There are 2 juried shows for members only, one open show that is open to any regional artist and one youth show open to any school age young person.

TAG might also occasionally sponsor other non-juried shows that are open to members only. A people's choice painting is selected from the non-juried show participants.

Paid instruction is available on site for anyone interested including those who are not members.

The program directors attempt to schedule several workshops of interest to members each year. We bring in noted artists to lead small concentrated 1, 2 or 3 day classes for a reasonable cost to the artist. Workshop participation is highly recommended by many successful artists. It is a great way to get a focused, intense educational experience in a medium and method you find interesting.

Shows at local libraries of Beford, Hurst, and Haltom City venues allow artists to share their talent with the community.
